On 23 July 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., an informal and relaxed discussion took place at the staff office of the National Reserve Agency (Bacadnas), Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia, between Colonel Immanuel Franthos Papare and Colonel Ruddy Hermawan Hidayat. The meeting was not intended to serve as a decision-making forum or an official institutional statement. Instead, it provided an opportunity to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives, conduct constructive brainstorming, and share experiences regarding the dynamics of public administration.
Within any government institution, a culture of open discussion is invaluable.
